FINLAND PAYS DEBT INSTALMENT
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON. December 16. Finland has paid her half-yearly debt instalment of 234.693 dollars. The appropriation of this instalment to the Red Cross for the relief of distress in Finland will be proposed to the United States Congress when it next meets in a Bill sponsored by Senator James M. Mead.
