WHANGAREI BOOKMAKER FINED £lOO By Telegraph Press Association WHANGAREI, December 18. Charles Thomas Arthur Clarke, a dry cleaner, was fined £lOO for bookmaking to-day. This was his seventh appearance before the Court. He was fined £lOO the last time, said the Police, who described Clarke as the second biggest bookmaker in Whangarei. Allan Arthur Angelo and Denis Harold Maloney were each fined £2O on a similar charge.
