HOSPITAL RECORD

TOTAL OF 891 PATIENTS By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND,. November 16. With 891 beds occupied, the total number of patients in the Auckland Hospital to-day was probably a record for the institution. The high total is largely due to a considerable influx during the last few days of soldiers, most of whom are suffering from mild influenza. Soldiers in the hospital and the Auckland Infirmary on Wednesday night totalled 176, and this total was increased by about 15 to-day.
