RICH GOLD STRIKE

A father and son named Carrott who are working a small lease called “Moreley’s Find.” outside Kalgoorlie, struck a rich patch when 12cwt of stone yielded 1727 ounces of gold, worth £15,000. The Carrotts last year obtained £ll,OOO worth of gold from the sale of a lease.
