Immediate Opening United Press Association —By Electrii Telegiaph Copyright DARWIN, June 23. The Royal Australian Air Force station at Darwin, which was to have been opened next week, will now open almost immediately. A temporary squadron of Avro Anson bombers will be stationed at Darwin within three months. The decision to hasten the establishment of the unit is regarded as a significant precedent in air defence practice.
