ADVOCACY IN BLENHEIM By Telegraph—Press Association BLENHEIM, June 22. The Climber of Commerce unanimously resolved that compulsory military training is essential to the adequate defence of New Zealand in view of the virtual failure of the voluntary system. It was remarked that there was no question that the majority of able men had failed to respond to the present call.
