On Monday night a grand carnival dance will be held in St. Patrick’s Hall, Brown Street. To-night at the Scottish Hall the big attraction (included in the dance programme), for lovers of dancing is the amateur waltzing competition, the first of a series of three for those who have never won a prize at competitions.
