SHOULD GERMANY BE INVOLVED IN WAR United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, June 1. A message from Copenhagen states that the Danish Foreign Minister (Dr Munch) explained that the effect of the Danish-German Non-Aggression Pact was that Denmark promised to remain neutral in any war between German and other Powers, but that it leaves both countries a free hand to trade with whomsoever they wish in war time.
