DISASTROUS FIRE
ARMY CARS DESTROYED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright Independent Cable Service (Received May 10 11.40 pun.) LONDON, May 10 Following anonymous threats received at the nearby Royal Air Force airport, a big blaze at the Army Ordnance Depot, near Nottingham, last night, destroyed hundreds of light motor vehicles and tyres. The depot is one of the chief distributing centres of Army cars.
