Racing at Ascot to-day the New Zealander, Trentwood, carrying 10.0, won the Bradford Maiden Hurdles sensationally, coming from from an apparently hopeless position, 30 lengths behind the field with one round to go, to win by three lengths. The horse was ridden to a vigorous finish by R. Webby.
