ADMIRALTY’S OPPOSITION TO FLOGGING United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph- Copyright (Received March 29, 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 28. Tht British Admiralty has asked the Government to include the abolition of flogging in the Navy, in the Criminal Justice Bill regarding flogging of civil offenders, and the Government has agreed.
