NOTED AIRMAN BEFORE COURT United Press Association —Bv Klecirlt Telegraph—Copyright MONTREUIL-SUR-MER, March 2& The English airman, James Mollistki, pleaded not guilty to charges of flying an unlicensed aeroplane, low flying, stunting and flying while under the influence of drink. He was found guilty on all charges and given a suspended sentence of five days’ imprisonment. Mollison was fined 500 francs on tho first three charges and five francs fol* drunkenness.
