OBITUARY

MR R. JACKMAN The death took place suddenly at Arundel last week of Mr Richard Jackman. He was born in Christchurch and educated at the Killenchy School. A blacksmith by trade he was in Mayfield for several years. He shifted to Arundel in 1901 where he had resided ever since. He is survived by his wife and one son, Mr Arthur Jackman of Ashburton.
