February 21, A Military Secrets Act which is being introduced in the Diet provides a maximum of 10 years’ gaol for the collectors of information which could be useful to foreign Powers, including statistics of production, the storage of war material, communications, aircraft equipment and shipping for military use. Tlic Act covers the Pacific mandates.
