MAGISTRATES AND MOTOR REGULATIONS By Telegrapti—Press Association WELLINGTON, December 9. Interviewed to-day, the Hon. ;.. Semple sak. that he quite agreed with Mr Stout, S.M., that tyres must be b- .ught within the scope of the regulations concerning the warrant of fitness. He said that he was very grateful to Magistrates for administering the law as it should be administered. Their comment and advice in connection with motoring offences from time to time was very helpful and, was highly appreciated. He noted that Mr Stout had held In the case before IJm that the existing provisions did not include tyres.
