HEALTH SLIGHTLY IMPROVED By Telegraph—Press Association HASTINGS. November 6. The condition of the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, who was admitted to the hospital at Napier on Thursday with a mild form of laryngitis, is reported to have improved, but his Honour will not be able to resume the sitting of the Napier Supreme Court until Tuesday. It is believed he will only take one day’s sitting of the Court, and will then return to Wellington. The sitting of the Gisborne Supreme Court which the Chief Justice was to have opened this week, has been adjourned until November 15 when Justice Blair will preside.
