WAIMATE COUNTY COUNCIL NIOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Waimate County Council held on the 31st day of October, 1938, a resolution was passed the purport of which is, that pursuant to Section 152 of “The Counties’ Act, 1920,” the Waimate County Council resolves by way of Special Order that its property consisting of Lot 17 Douglas Settlement containing 5 acres situated in Block 111 Elephant Hill Survey District, shall be sold in such manner, for such sum and on such conditions as the Council thinks fit, the Council being of opinion that the said land is no longer required for the purpose of the Waimate County.
