Ferrier has Years of Golf Ahead of Him
Not yet 24, Jim Ferrier has lots of golf years ahead of him, says a Sydney writer. If he were to devote himself exclusively to golf there is no telling to what heights he might reach. Ferrier has disclosed two things that go to make a champion.
He can win from behind, and he can win from in front. He disclosed his fighting quality when he won the New South Wales close championship. His position after three rounds appeared to be hopeless. He won, and easily, cutting off ten strokes from the par of the course in the process.
