£ iTO-DAY’S recipe £ £ CHOCOLATE NUT PUDDING £ 3oz shelled Brazil nuts, 2oz sul- £ £ tanas, 2oz breadcrumbs, 2oz flour, £ 1 level teaspoon baking powder, £ £ lloz grated chocolate, 2oz shred- ? ded suet, 3oz sugar, milk and 1 £ | egg. Chop nuts finely. Wash and £ dry the sultanas with the bread- £ £ crumbs. Mix all dry ingredients £ together. Add well beaten egg ? £ and enough milk to bring the £ ❖ mixture to a moist consistency. £ Put into greased pudding bowl, £ £ cover with greased paper and * £ steam for about 2 hours. £
