GERMAN “NOBEL” AWARDS ANNOUNCED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received September 7, 6.30 pin.) NUREMBERG, September 6. The Minister of Propaganda (Dr. Goebbels) announced that the 1938 awards for the national prize instituted tralia’s primary produce were conmans from accepting the Nobel prizes, is as follows; First prize: Dr. Fritz Todt, constructor of new motor roads. Second prize: Dr. Ferdinand Porsche, designer of the people’s car. Third prize, to be shared between the aeroplane constructors, Messrs Schmidt and Prifessor Ernst Heinkel.
