SOUTH CANTERBURY BEATEN By Telegraph—Press Assnciaf'-n DUNEDIN, September 4. Yesterday Otago defeated South Canterbury senior and junior elevens by 5 goals to nil and 3 goals to 1 respectively. The Otago women’s representative team defeated Southland by 3 goals to 1, and the Canterbury schoolboys retained the Hatch Cup by scoring a 6-0 victory over the Otago schoolboys team.
