Jews Penalised. A message from Rome states that the Stock Exchange Committee throughout Italy has ordered Jewish members to give up administrative positions. Dock Dispute Settled. It Is reported from Marseilles that the dock dispute has been settled but the terms of settlement are not announced. Burmese Government Survives. A Rangoon message reports that by a majority of five the Government survived Opposition censure for its failure to avert the recent riots.
