BULGARIAN MINISTERS RESIGN United Press Association —By Elert m Telegraph -fnnvrleht BELGRADE, August 26. The Bulgarian War Minister (General Maritch) and also the Ministers of Commerce and Physical Education have resigned without explanation. The Chief of the General Staff (General Meditch) will become War Minister. It is officially stated that these changes in personnel will not change the Government’s policy.
