United Press Assoc tlon—By Electric Telegraph—Coovrluht (Received August 27, 12.55 a.m.) HAGUE, August 26. The new K.L.M. Air Line from Batavia to Saigon was opened to-day at Ratinalana airport, Ceylon, which Is being reconstructed to meet the requirements of the K.L.M. which Is considering a shorter route from Australia to Holland.
