The Cup shall be open for competition by rider and pony considered as a unit. The rider, boy or girl, shall be under 15 years of age, and the pony shall not exceed 14.2 hands. The same combination of pony and rider shall not win the Cup more than once. No pony or rider to win more than three times. Points to be awarded as follows: Excellence and type of pony, 10 points; manners and paces of pony, 10 points; child’s riding, 10 points; mounting and dismounting, 10 points; saddling, unsaddling and leading out, 10 points; total, 50 points. Both rider and pony shall be named at time of entry. Best Pony over Hurdles, Mare or Gelding, for Ponies 14.2 Hands and under; to be ridden by a Boy or Giri under 16 years of age.
