FUTURE OF HEIR
WOOLWORTH HEIRESS SEEKS SEPARATION United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright LONDON. July 29. Count and Countess HaugwitzReventlow have signed a deed of separation. The solicitors state that their son Lance is the heir presumptive to the family estate of Hardenberg, one of the largest estates in Denmark. In that capacity he may one day head a well-known noble family. “Accordingly a settlement has been reached under Danish law under which Count Haugwitz-Reventlow retains parental rights covering his son’s education, religion and professional career and the Countess has been granted care of the child for the greater part of the year while in his tender years, "Other settlements concern Lance’s financial future." The statement adds that the parties have separated on terms of complete mutual understanding. Countess Haugwltz-Reventlow was formerly Miss Barbara Hutton, the Woolworth heiress. Recently her child
Lance, who is aged two years, was made a Ward of Chancery on her application The domestic grievances of the Count and Countess were ventilated in Court a few weeks ago.
