BRIEF VISIT TO DOMINION By Telegranb —PreRF Association WELLINGTON, July 16. A brief visit to New Zealand is to be made next week by Air Chief Marshal Sir Edward L. Ellington. The Minister of Defence (the Hon. F. Jones) stated in an interview that Sir Edward Ellington was to spend four days in the Dominion. He would arrive in Wellington by the Awatea from Sydney on Thursday, and arrangements are being made for him to meet members of the Defence Council on the same day. It was hoped that Sir Edward would be able to visit the flying training school at Wigram. and the air base at • Hobsonville, said Mr Jones. If that met with th 3 approval of Sir Edward, he would probably fly from Wellington to Wigram on Friday, and, on Saturday. would travel from Wigram to Auckland by air.
