The directors of Dominion Breweries, Ltd, have notified the Stock Exchange that they have recommended shareholders to declare a dividend at a rate at 10 per cent, per annum, calculated on the amount paid up on all shares from time to time during the year ended March 31, 1938, less interim dividend paid in December, 1937.
