CZECHS DISCHARGE RESERVISTS Un'ted Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received May 31, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, May 31. The Prague correspondent of "The Times” says: The military authorities have begun to discharge a number of reservists recently called up, and the military establishments in the frontier districts have been reduced. The Government has informed Berlin that the alleged trespass by aircraft in German territory will be strictly investigated. Any pilot convicted will be severely punished.
