FURTHER REMAND
SWANSON MURDER CASE By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND. April 4. The hearing of the charge against Francis Robert Spensley, aged 19. of murdering his father at Swanson on February 6. will commence at the Police Court on April 13. When Spensley appeared on remand this morning Detective-Sergeant Nalder asked for a further remand. Mr F. K. Hunt, s.m.: You will be going on with it then won’t you? Detective-Sergeant Nalder: Yes, sir.
