DECISION ON HONG KONG REPORTS British Otliciai Wireless (Received March 10, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, March 9. Questioned in the House of Commons regarding the Hong -Kong Government’s attitude to the Majority and Minority reports of the Mui Tsi Commission and when a decision might be expected, the Secretary of State for the Colonies (Mr W. Ormsby Gore) said he had not yet received the final recommendations from the Governor (Sir G. A. Stafford-Northcote), but understood that an agreement on measures which were thought desirable was practicable. In the circumstances it might soon be reached locally and the report might be expected shortly.
