BRITISH ADMIRALTY INNOVATION United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph- Copyright (Received February 18, 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 17. An important innovation, announced by the Admiralty, is that the Navy is to have a special corps of its own flying officers, replacing the Royal Air Force. The personnel must be British subjects of pure European descent and must me unmarried. They will serve seven years, after which they will be liable for war service for eight years. It will be the first corps of its kind in any fleet.
