MACKENZIE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN MOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN .hat the Mackenzie County Council proposes at its next meeting, to be held on the 11th DAY OF MARCH. 1938, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the BORROWING OF THE SUM OF SEVENTEEN THOUSAND POUNDS (£17,000) for the purpose of installing a Piped Water Supply from Three Springs and an Underground Sewerage System for the Fairlie Township, and also a LOAN OF THREE THOUSAND POUNDS (£3000) for the purpose of making advances to residents for the installation of the Sewerage. The Loan would be secured by a rate over the Fairlie Township of 0.85 d in the £l, i.e., £2/9/7 on a £7OO valuation, which charge would be in lieu of the present charge of £2/9/7 for Sanitation and Water-races. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit same in writing to the Mackenzie County Council Not Later than the day preceeding the Said Meeting.
