PLUNKET SOCIETY At a meeting of the Fairlie subbranch of the Plunket Society, it was decided to hold a street day on the same lines as last year. The date fixed was March 11. PERSONAL At the monthly meeting of the Fairlie branch of the Women’s Division a motion of sympathy was carried with Mrs H. Thomas in the death of her sister. Mrs Paterson. Kimbell, who has been spending a hoiiday in Timaru. has returned home. Mrs E. H. Button, Timaru and Mrs S. Button. Christchurch, spent the week-end car .ping at Kimbell. Messrs E. and S. Button went on a fishing trip to Lake Alexandrina.
