TOUR BY MINISTER By Telegraph—Press Association WESTPORT, January 4. The Hon. P. C. Webb, Minister of Mines, made a tour of part of the Buller mining district to-day, visiting various works in progress, meeting deputations and being received and welcomed at a social function at Mokihinui. He is to continue his tour through the week. Mr Webb takes a very optimistic view of the immediate future of the West Coast.
