FRENCH RIDER’S NEW RECORD United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 30, 5.5 p.m.) MILAN, November 30. The French cyclist Sauveur Ducazeau broke the world record for 60 kilometres by covering the distance hi 1 hour 27 minutes 20 2-5 seconds.
