SUCCESS OF YOUTHFUL AUSTRALIAN (Received November 28, 6.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, November 28. A youthful champion swimmer, Robin Biddulph, broke the British Empire Games record by 4 2-5 seconds at Manly Baths on Saturday, swimming 440 ya - ’3 in 4minutes 58 3-5 seconds.
