The Burgos correspondent of “The Daily Mail” says: “General Franco stated that the war will end in a military triumph and not by mediation or compromise. General Franco added: "T will always refuse to consider any Red Government demand for an armistice. Unconditional surrender is the only end acceptable to Nationalist Spain.” Blockade of Coasts General Franco announces that on the ground that the campaign demands a complete coastal blockade, the neutral zones at Valencia and Barcelona have been suppressed. Ships anchoring at those places, will be attacked from this date. The Barcelona correspondent of “The Times” says: “The Government has agreed on its reply to the non-inter-vention committee, but no announcement of terms has been made.
