The Federal Judge admitted Madame Fontange under a bond of 1000 dollars pending the hearing by the Court of Appeal against the ruling by which she was excluded from United States. ■ Madame Fontange was ordered not to appear as an actress or as a public performer. She must also refrain from attempting to profit by her alleged love affair with Signor Mussolini. An ironical development is the closing down of a night club which brought Madame Fontange from France, owing to the more sl'togent application of the civic regulations.
