The Holmlea is set down to arrive to-morrow from the south for Wellington, New Plymouth and Waikato loading. The Port Whangarei is expected tomorrow from Dunedin. She is to load for Tauranga, Auckland andWhangarei. On Saturday the Waikouaiti should be here from Dunedin with coal and general cargo for discharge. From here she will proceed to Lyttelton. Cumberland Loading The Cumberland is in port loading for West Coast of United Kingdom ports. The vessel is expected to complete her loading operations to-dav. Union Company Charter The Union Company advises that it has chartered, for a single voyage, the British steamer Romney to assist In the transpacific cargo service. The Romney will leave Sydney about the middle of December for Fiji and Vancouver. and will load at Pacific Coast ports in January for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Australia. Built in 1929 by R. Duncan and Co., Ltd., Glasgow, the Romney has a gross tonnage of 4840, and is owned by the Bolton Steam Chipping Company, London.
