INTOXICATED MOTORIST By Telegraph—Press Association WHANGAREI, November 8. Becoming involved in an accident, and then an argument, William Rika, farmer, Pakotai, went to lodge a complaint at the Whangarei police station, and this morning found himself in Court charged with being intoxicated in charge of a car on Friday. Mr G. N. Morris, S.M., fined Rika £5, and cancelled his driving license for 18 months.
