DECORATED POLLING BOOTHS COMFORTS IN WAITING ROOMS United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received October 18, 5.5 p.m.) MOSCOW, October 18 Luxurious arrangements are being made for the comfort of electors voting at the Soviet General Elections on December 12. Walting rooms at Moscow contain dceorative tables with artistic fittings, lampshades of delicate silks, divans, chessboards and palms. The polling booths, fitted with tables, and curtains of rich shades, are arranged along carpeted corridors.
