The King, at Buckingham Palace, received in audience Sir Charles Wingfield, on his relinquishment of the appointment as British Ambassador in Lisbon and retiring from the diplomatic service, and Sir James Sefton, on relinquishing his appointment as Governor of Behar and Orrissa.
