Andrews, the District Commissioner of C Jilee, because he discovered det 's of a plot prepared at a conference at Bludan in Syria on September 8 for a new Arab rebellion, envisaging the establishment of an Arab Empire omprising Trans-Jordania, Syria, Iraq and Palestine under the rulership of the Grand Mufti Alhusseini.
