Timaru on the 4th day of May 1937 are hereby required to send in their claims to the Administrator, PERCY BARNES FOOTE, of Timaru, Accountant, at his office, The Arcade, Timaru, on or before the 20th day of October 1937 next after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the intestate among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have notice and shall not be liable for the assets or any part so distributed to any person of whose claims such Administrator shall not have had notice at the time of distribution of the said assets, or a part thereof, as the case may be.
