INTERNATIONAL PLAN ' SOUGHT JAPANESE MISSION IN 1 LONDON British Official Wireless (Received July 14, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, July 13. The Japanese economic mission was entertained at luncheon by the Associated British Chambers of Commerce and the London Chamber of Commerce, when Sir Geoffrey Charles, president of the British Chambers of Commerce said: At the recent international Chamber of Commerce Congress there was an almost complete unanimity among the representatives of all nations on the absolute necessity for reducing trade barriers, and one could only hope that on their return to their own countries they would be able to influence their respective Governments in that direction.
