It is announced from Buckingham Palace that the Prime Ministers of Canada, New Zealand, Australia and South Africa expressed a desire to present Their Majesties with a painting of the Coronation ceremony by F. A. Salisbury, “as a tribute of loyalty and affection from the people of the Dominions whom we represent.” They received a reply as follows: “Their Majesties sincerely appreciate the sentiments prompting the kind offer, which they accept with the utmost gratification."
