ONE BIG UNION IDEA United Press Association—Bv Electric Telesrenh—Conyrleht (Received June 22, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, June 21. Mr J. L. Lewis has announced the plans of the Ccmmittee for Industrial Organisation to organise 800,000 Federal Government employees into a single union called the United Federal Workers of America, the first recruits being 15 dissenttag local members of the American Federation of Government employees, which is affiliated with the American Federation of Labour.
