PLANS TO UNIFY STATISTICS United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—copyright GENEVA, May 16. The Committee for the Unification of Statistics on road traffic accidents, met early tn May, under the chairmanship of M. Boulloche (France). The committee considered that each country should make fresh estimates of traffic accidents, and adopt a statistical method to record all traffic accidents on open and public roads.
