MANUFACTURERS’ FEDERATION By Telegraph- -~a Association WELLINGTON, May 18. Mr Martin Rocke O’Shea, who has been for the last 14 years Registrar of Auckland University College, has been appointed general secretary of the New Zealand Manufacturers’ Federation in succession to Mr A. E. Mander. Mr O’Shea, who will have his headquarters in Wellington, will take over his new duties on June 21. Mr Mander has been appointed to a position with the Precision Engineering Company.
